Open Positions

Marketing Project & Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Tavernit Consulting is looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Project & Operations Coordinator to help keep client work, projects, deadlines, and our growing team moving forward.

You’ll work closely with the owner and marketing team to turn plans, client conversations, and ideas into organized action-making sure everyone knows what needs to happen, who owns it, and when it’s due.

The goal is to help us create a more proactive, organized working environment where projects are planned ahead rather than managed reactively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, deadlines, recurring deliverables, and upcoming priorities across multiple client accounts.

  • Turn client requests, meetings, and plans into clear tasks, owners, and deadlines within our project management system.

  • Coordinate with team members to monitor workloads, track progress, and keep projects moving.

  • Track client approvals, assets, revisions, and outstanding information, including routine client follow-up when needed.

  • Help manage the monthly marketing and content workflow from planning through approval and completion.

  • Prepare for meetings, document next steps, and ensure follow-up items are completed.

  • Coordinate new-client onboarding and project setup.

  • Help develop and maintain internal processes, templates, checklists, and systems as the company grows.

  • Proactively identify upcoming needs, potential delays, and workload issues before they become urgent.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and naturally thinks several steps ahead. You have a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable managing multiple projects, communicating with clients and team members, and following through without needing constant direction.

Experience in project management, marketing, an agency environment, or a similar client-service business is preferred.

Schedule & Growth

This position will begin at approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow toward 30 hours per week as the role and company continue to grow.

Consistent weekday availability is important, with Monday availability strongly preferred for weekly planning and team coordination.
